Roughstock: Fifty Shades of Gwen

Flying Island Entertainment has shipped copies of Gwen Sebastian’s single “Met Him in a Motel Room,” to the Damson Dene Hotel in the United Kingdom after hotel owner Jonathan Denby replaced the Gideon’sBible with the popular bestseller “Fifty Shades of Grey” in the hotel’s 40 rooms.  Denby stated “Tonight millions of women will be curling up in bed with a good book and you can bet your life it won’t be the Bible.”

Gwen Sebastian said “I’ve read and really liked ‘Fifty Shades of Grey,’ but I don’t understand why he would replace the all-time bestseller with a popular bestseller.”  Gwen Sebastian, former contestant on “The Voice” who is now touring with Blake Shelton, has recently released “Met Him in a Motel Room,” a song about a woman in despair who decides against suicide when she discovers the Bible in the drawer of a motel room.
